Refund and Returns Policy

Our promise
We want you to love your skincare. If something isn’t right with your order, email us at braganskincare@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out.

Skincare is for personal use
Because skincare is applied to the skin, we can’t accept returns of products that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons. Please patch test before first use, as our product pages recommend.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you.

Changed your mind about an unopened product?
If you’re in Ireland, the EU or the UK, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The product must be unopened, sealed and in its original packaging. Please email us first so we can confirm the details. Return postage is paid by you. Returns go to:

Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked a return, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
